Job summary

HopeHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the patient-centered medical home team. You will coordinate care between patients and providers, assist with intake, vital signs, labs, and documentation, and help maintain an efficient clinical workflow.

The ideal candidate has CMA/RMA certification, BLS, at least two years in a physician’s office, and strong communication and patient-care skills, including bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMA or RMA certification required; BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a physician's office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the medical provider with intake, vital signs, diagnostics, and lab work.
• Assist with medication refills when needed.
• Facilitate efficient patient flow and room turnover.
• Maintain neat, stocked exam areas and medical records.
• Schedule appointments and provide patient education.
