Required MA Certification and HS Diploma; Medicare experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Preferred: 2 years as a working medical assistant.
• Experience working with Medicare population preferred.
• MA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides Front Office support and greets patients.
• Oversees patient check-in/check-out, and schedules follow-up visits.
• Provides Back Office support and measures vital signs.
• Explains procedures and administers prescribed medications.
