• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
• CMA/CCMA/RMA certification or eligibility within 6 months.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under provider direction, perform general nursing functions.
• Record vital signs and patient history.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Maintain patient chart accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with minor procedures and lab work as needed.
