Bronson South Haven Family Medicine is seeking a Medical Assistant (PRN) to provide clinical support under a provider's direction in a busy family medicine practice. The role includes taking vital signs, patient history, and assisting with procedures, with emphasis on confidentiality and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have completed a medical assistant program and be CMA/CCMA/RMA certified or eligible within 6 months, plus BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet CMA/CCMA/RMA certification or eligibility to take CMA/RMA within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain vital signs and take initial patient history.
• Record information in patient charts and document pertinent information.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.
• Administer treatments as requested by the physician.
• Perform phlebotomy, urine testing, or routine laboratory tasks as directed.
