Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients for the visit and collect information on current problems
• Obtain vital signs, height/weight, medical, family and social history; record findings in EMR
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures; prepare exam rooms and supplies
• Obtain labs and specimens (blood, urine, nasal swabs); may perform EKGs and basic tests
• Provide education and emotional support to patients during procedures
• Front office duties as assigned (registration, scheduling, payments, insurance) and other duties as needed
• Comply with Wellstar Health System policies and codes of conduct
