Job summary

Fenway Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our outpatient health center in Boston. You will provide direct patient care, support for medical providers, and administrative support to ensure high-quality care for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant or EMT Program.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and supports medical providers in an outpatient clinic.
• Prepares exam rooms and manages patient visits and documentation.
• Assists with patient care and care coordination under supervision of the provider, RN or LPN.
• Performs CLIA-waived tests and related procedures as ordered.
• Maintains supplies and clean, organized clinical spaces.
• Communicates with patients and teams to ensure timely, safe care.
