Singing River Health System in Gulfport seeks a Medical Assistant to perform clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of the physician team. You will support front office operations, assist with patient care, and maintain compliance with certification requirements.

Education includes ABHES/CAAHEP MA programs; CMA or RMA certification is preferred and must be kept current. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at Singing River Orthopaedics.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate from ABHES or CAAHEP Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA or RMA certification preferred; certification must be maintained.

Mansioni

• Perform clinical and administrative tasks under supervision of Physician/PA/NP/RN.
• Assist front office with registration, scheduling, and insurance verification as needed.
• Maintain professional patient interactions and de-escalation as required.
• Utilize computer systems (Outlook/Word) for daily office tasks.
