Responsibilities

• Provide services to patients while ensuring a safe environment of care.
• Assist provider during examinations and prepare patients for visits.
• Gather and record medical history, vital signs, and visit information.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical area and proper waste disposal.
• Communicate status of the patient with the healthcare team and ensure HIPAA compliance.
