Qualifications

• Active Florida Medical Assistant certification required.
• 3+ years experience in phlebotomy.
• Experience in primary/urgent/outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong patient communication and multitasking skills.
• EMR proficiency (Elation or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform blood draws.
• Administer medications and vaccines per orders.
• Triage and document vitals in EMR.
• Educate patients on care plans.
• Keep clinic clean, safe, organized.
• Collaborate with providers and staff.
