You will greet patients, room them, take vital signs, assist with examinations, manage records in EMR, stock supplies, and ensure a clean, organized practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a medical assistant training program or certification.
• Blood draw / PRP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in EMR systems and basic office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate medical records.
• Flexible and adaptable to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to provide patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients and update their medical records.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures; take vital signs, collect specimens, and administer medication as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment; stock supplies and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with patients; provide information and instructions as needed.
• Comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and patient confidentiality.
