ChenMed LLC in Plantation, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. You will measure and record vital signs, collect specimens, assist physicians, prepare patients for exams, and support a range of clinical duties under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or related program required.
• Minimum 1 year of MA/PCT/EMT/Paramedic experience required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Catalog and communicate patient needs to PCP and clinicians.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with exams.
• Collect lab specimens and perform basic waived tests.
• Administer medications and manage wound care under physician supervision.
• Maintain supplies and ensure OSHA safety standards.
• Provide patient health coaching and follow-up calls as needed.
