Job summary

CCRM Fertility is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians, patients, and laboratory teams in a busy fertility clinic in Colorado. You will measure vitals, prepare patients for exams, document in EMR, and help with minor procedures, while coordinating with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role requires a Medical Assistant or LPN credential, BCLS certification, and at least one year of MA/LPN experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• MA or LPN credential required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 1+ year Medical Assistant or LPN experience preferred.
• Minimum 200 blood draws documented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination including TPR, weight, BP, allergies and current meds.
• Document vitals, assessments and encounters into EMR.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physician or NP.
• Prepare minor procedure trays and assist with procedures.
• Maintain patient workflow to meet scheduling requirements.
• Order and schedule lab tests; review results and dispositions.
• Disinfect rooms and prep for next patient.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality; report concerns as needed.
