Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and assist with phlebotomy and injections.
• Assist providers with entering medication, orders, and scheduling diagnostic tests.
• Perform telephone triage and relay patient information to providers.
• Manage patient education and coordinate referrals to community resources.
