Qualifications include 18+ years old, Certified Medication Aide Certificate, English literacy, and ability to lift 50 lbs. HS diploma or CNA preferred; LTC experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified Medication Aide Certificate required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Ability to complete accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and orders.
• Accurately document medication administration and treatments.
• Communicate with the pharmacy regarding refills and discrepancies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Promote safety, dignity and quality of life for residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in care planning.
