Columbia Place Assisted Living & Memory Care in Portland, OR is seeking dependable Medication Aides (Med Techs) to join our team. You will safely administer prescribed medications, document administration, monitor residents, and support daily care with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Med Tech certification or training as required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely administer medications to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Accurately document medication administration in electronic records.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
• Measure and document vital signs as needed.
• Maintain organized, clean medication carts and stock.
• Follow storage, labeling and documentation procedures for medications.
• Communicate with nurses, caregivers, pharmacies, and teammates to ensure care.
• Provide patient, respectful interactions and support resident needs.
