Job summary
The Solana Doylestown, a luxury Assisted Living & Memory Care community, part of The Arbor Company, is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to provide compassionate care to residents. Qualifications
- Must hold Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Caregiving or senior living experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders
- Monitor resident health and report changes in condition
- Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living
- Communicate effectively with nurses, leadership, and care team members
- Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents
- Support and guide caregiving team members during your shift
