Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist residents with self-administering medications and treatments.
• Measures vital signs and weight, and perform other health services tasks.
• Communicate with physicians, implement physician orders; report and document pertinent information.
• Collaborate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy partners.
• Work as part of a team across departments.
• Serve as a mentor and shift lead for coworkers.
