Qualifications

• Experience as a Med Tech or similar role.
• Active Utah CNA certificate required.
• Experience providing residential elder care preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Observe and verify medication adherence; document refusals and notify supervisor.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records per procedure and state law.
• Keep medicine carts/rooms clean, stocked, and secured.
• Assist care partners and take on additional duties as needed.
