Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance as required by licensure.
• Food Handlers’ certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Provide medication management support to Director and LVN Supervisor.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Matrix EMR system and support staff training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and assist with ADLs.
• Support medication ordering and administration according to procedures.
• Provide clerical support and monitor medication supplies.
• Assist with meal service and resident transfers.
