Qualifications

• First Aid certification.
• Assists residents with ADLs and meets care needs.
• Records care in EMR and follows medication procedures.
• Responds to emergencies with basic first aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide meals assistance and monitor intake.
• Transport residents with assistance and encourage participation.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Assisted Living Director.
• Uphold safety and infection control measures.
