Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per their care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory, storage, and re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
