Qualifications

• Prior Med Tech experience is preferred.
• One year of experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience.
• Ability to understand and act under stress with sound decisions.
• High initiative and attention to details in processes.
• Clear, compassionate communication with seniors, families and staff.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe and verify that medication is ingested or applied as directed and document refusals.
• Maintain confidential resident med and care records per policy and state law.
• Keep medicine carts and rooms clean, stocked and secure.
• Assist care partners and cover care partner activities when needed.
