Qualifications

• RN must be a licensed registered nurse in the relevant state.
• BLS (AHA) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Strong patient-centered care and advocacy for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and every shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
