Job summary

RW Solutions, a CW Group affiliate, is seeking a Meals on Wheels Driver to deliver meals to seniors, perform safety checks, and provide a friendly, dependable presence on every route. You’ll load, transport up to 100 meals daily, follow routes, and maintain accurate delivery logs.

Required: at least 1 year in delivery driving or related roles, a valid license with clean driving record, and familiarity with food safety.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery driving, food service, or community support roles.
Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Deliver meals safely and on schedule to elderly clients using a company vehicle.
Load, organize, and transport up to 100 meals per day while maintaining food safety standards.
Provide friendly, respectful customer service during each delivery.
Follow assigned delivery routes and adjust as needed for weather, traffic, or client needs.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues, concerns, or changes in client condition.
Ensure the company vehicle remains clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures when handling food.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, kitchen staff, and program coordinators.
