Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement the established plan of care for each group of residents under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
• Provide total care for chronically ill residents, including medications and treatments.
• Develop and maintain a record of the care provided to each resident.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and department managers for individualized resident care.
• Provide resident assessment education and maintain knowledge of age-specific care.
