AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for PRN home health in Amarillo, TX. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients in their homes.

Required are LVN/LPN licensure in Texas, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of LVN/LPN experience. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8 to 5 with occasional weekends, paid per visit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed LVN/LPN in the state of operation.
• One year of LVN/LPN work experience.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel to all business locations and provide nursing visits.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as allowed by law.
• Document patient progress and nursing notes promptly.
• Coordinate services with home health team and case manager.
• Counsel patient and family on nursing needs and discharge planning.
