Job summary

North Shore Health and Soldiers Grove Health Services are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a resident-centered care team. You will provide skilled nursing care under supervision, assess residents, implement plans, and participate in ongoing evaluation to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license with CPR certification, enjoy teamwork, and can calculate medication dosages.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Collaborate with Unit Manager/ADON/DON and care team to ensure resident-centered care during shifts.
