Requirements include a current LPN license in North Carolina, CPR certification, and basic computer skills to navigate electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in NC.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
