Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced RN to join the Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center team in Pittsboro, NC. The role focuses on compassionate, quality nursing care in a SNF setting, with emphasis on assessment, care planning, and supervision of nursing staff.

You will ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines, perform care evaluations, and contribute to infection control efforts. CPR certification and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering care and ensure policy compliance.
