Job summary
Life Care Centers of America Sullivan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. You will deliver quality nursing care to patients, monitor conditions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff to support well-being and safety.
The LPN must be a graduate of an accredited program and hold an active LPN license in the state, with CPR certification current. Prior skilled nursing experience is preferred, and orientation will include CPR requirements.
Qualifications
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
