Job summary

The Quarters at Des Peres in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support our compassionate senior living team. You will provide individualized nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions to meet high standards of care.

This full-time position offers competitive pay and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, plus PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
• Valid LPN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess residents and document conditions
• Administer medications per physicians' orders
• Starts IVs and performs treatments as assigned
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely
• Collaborate with care team
