Jefferson City Care and Rehab in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Available night and day shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm and 7:00pm–7:00am.

The role involves providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, and documenting resident conditions under physician orders. • LICENSING: Valid LPN license for Missouri; CPR certification required.
• RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide nursing care that meets regulatory standards and administer medications.

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
