The Lutheran Home in Missouri is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in our long-term care setting. You will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the nursing team to maintain safety and quality.

This position features a 2-week schedule, day shift 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with every other weekend rotation, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including

Competenze

• Current unrestricted LPN license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Receive and provide shift reports with accurate resident status.
• Verify narcotic and controlled medication counts.
• Administer and document medications, treatments, and care.
• Complete assessments and document findings.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to physicians and families.
• Educate residents and families about medications and care.
