Job summary

Qualifications
- Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred.
- Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
- Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
- Supervising and mentoring SRNAs to foster teamwork and quality care.
