Job summary

Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs) dedicated to compassionate, resident‑centered care in a supportive, respectful environment.

As an LPN/RN you will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide bedside care with a focus on quality, safety, and dignity for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long‑term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
