Formación

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides bedside care and monitors patients' condition.
• Prepares and administers medications and documents accordingly.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of vital signs and medical information.
• Responds to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Participates in discharge planning and ensures smooth transitions.
