Job summary

Quest Healthcare Development is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons in Saint Clairsville, OH. You will provide direct nursing care and supervise aides to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

The role requires Ohio LPN licensure, CPR, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. You’ll participate in admissions, charting, and coordination with physicians, with opportunities for growth within a compassionate, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN).
• Current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain resident rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Complete charting, documentation, and medical record updates in PointClickCare.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes, and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident/family orientation.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative programs and assist with specimen collection.
• Ensure safe and sanitary conditions, proper use of PPE, and adherence to infection control practices.
• Attend required in-service training and continuing education programs.
