As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing top‑notch medical care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper documentation
• Conduct bedside assessments, monitor patient vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized services as needed
• Monitor and maintain patient records, including medication administration records and care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
