Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee daily activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio LPN license with CPR certification, are able to lift at least 25 lbs, document in PointClickCare, and contribute to admissions, transfers, and family communication in a patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN).
• Current, active, unencumbered LPN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to provide age‑appropriate care and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 25 lbs and meet physical demands of the role.
• Must meet all local health regulations, background checks, and drug testing requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong teamwork, integrity, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident/family orientation.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative programs and assist with specimen collection.
• Ensure safe and sanitary conditions, proper use of PPE, and adherence to infection control practices.
• Attend required in‑service training and continuing education programs.

About the Role
