Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a licensed practical nurse to oversee medication distribution per physician orders and ensure resident safety. The role emphasizes documenting care plans and promoting independence and dignity for residents.

You will collaborate with physicians, providers, and families to discuss residents’ physical, mental, and social well‑being, while contributing to quality initiatives and ongoing staff education.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as LPN.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medication distribution per physician orders and adheres to medication management documentation.
• Creates personalized service plans after assessment to promote resident independence and dignity.
• Facilitates communication among physicians, providers, and family about residents’ well‑being.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participates in ongoing learning through education seminars and staff meetings.
