Job summary

Altamaha Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will develop and implement individualized care plans under the Director of Nursing and provide essential patient care and comfort services.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license. Geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience is preferred, and the employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, develops and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet customers' needs.
• Performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.
