Job summary

Altamaha Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will develop and implement individualized care plans under the Director of Nursing and provide essential patient care and comfort services.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license. Geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience is preferred, and the employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

The Licensed Practical Nurse performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements:
