Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN position in Brainerd, MN. The role requires administering medications, providing skilled nursing care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in long-term care.

Must hold an active LPN license and be available for 6 shifts per month, including two weekends and holiday rotations. A drug-free workplace is in place and accommodations may be offered as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. An Associate degree is preferred.
• Must have an unencumbered LPN license in the appropriate state.
• Experience or clinical hours as an LPN may be required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other care team members.
• Document resident care and outcomes accurately.
