Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior clinical or outpatient medical office experience preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, injections, and medication administration
• Assist physicians and advanced practitioners during patient examinations and procedures
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system
• Triage patients and communicate changes in patient condition to supervising providers
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic procedures as needed
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared for patient visits
