Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in Alabama.
• Minimum one year hospital experience preferred.
• Hiring incentives: $10,000 for 3p-11p; $5,000 for day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording data.
• Observes changes in patient condition and reports deviations.
• Participates in development and modification of the Nursing Care Plan.
• Documents patient/family involvement in medical records.
• Administers prescribed nursing interventions and medications.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient ambulation.
• Performs phlebotomy and collects specimens.
• Monitors and records vital signs, glucose, and responses to care.
