Lorien Elkridge, part of Lorien Health Services, is seeking an LPN for part-time day shifts. You will provide direct nursing care under supervision, administer meds, and monitor residents' conditions in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Competenze

• Maryland LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
