Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license is required.
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care needs.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions with residents, families, and care team.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and clinical leadership to nursing assistants and staff.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes promptly.
