Qualifications

• Current, active Illinois LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound nursing decisions.

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Must meet all required pre-employment screenings.
