Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care for residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with personal care, and coordinate with medical staff to update care plans.

The role requires an active Florida LPN license and graduation from an accredited program. Assisted living experience is a plus; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program required.
• Assisted living experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and resident conditions; assist with personal care and update care plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to update care plans.
• Respond to emergencies in residents’ apartments as needed.
