Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking caring Home Health Aides to support older adults in maintaining independence, comfort, and dignity while enjoying a high quality of life.

You will provide personal care, dressing assistance, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while building meaningful relationships with residents. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with shifts that fit various schedules, and a competitive hourly wage of $15-$16.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Home Health Aide experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a drug screening with a negative result.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, showers, and personal care routines.
• Help residents with dressing, grooming, and daily self-care activities.
• Complete laundry and light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Offer medication reminders in accordance with community guidelines.
• Build relationships through companionship and social interaction.
• Respond to resident requests with kindness and respect.
